TERMS OF BUSINESS
All items are guaranteed to be authentic and we endeavour to describe all the items on our website in full detail and to the best of our knowledge.
It is the Purchasers responsibility to pay any Customs Duties or taxes etc that maybe levied in the country of import and to ensure that goods purchased comply with laws and import restrictions for the country of delivery and supply the relevant paperwork/ permits including CITES permits that may be required to accompany the goods when shipped.
We accept payment by the following methods:
Bank Transfer (Purchaser to pay all bank charges relating to the transaction)
Credit Card and Debit Card (There is no charge for debit card transactions but 4% will be charged on all Credit Card Transactions)
Personal Cheque or Bankers Draft (Goods will be despatched once funds have cleared)
All goods will remain the property of RA Medals until payment has been received in full at which point title will pass to the purchaser.
All goods will be sent by Courier or shipping agent on a traceable service requiring a signature on receipt and will be fully insured by our specialist goods in transit cover.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the goods and packaging on arrival and notify the delivery agent and ourselves immediately if it appears damaged or tampered with(evidence to be retained).
Should the delivery agent be unable to deliver the goods due to the recipient being unavailable any surcharge for redelivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If for some reason the purchaser is unhappy with the goods due to those goods not being as described they should contact us by telephone on receipt & in writing within seven working days and if a satisfactory resolution is not found the goods may be returned within ten days of receipt, the purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs along with any transaction related charges as long as the goods are returned in the same condition as originally shipped. The goods shall be returned fully insured at the purchaser’s expense via a trackable service and should be returned securely in the original packaging where possible and if not packaged to the same standard.
